Marta Degani

Marta Degani med

Marta Degani is an Associate Professor of English Linguistics at the University of Verona, Italy. She holds a doctorate in English Studies from the University of Venice and an MA in Applied Linguistics from Macquarie University, Australia. She has researched and published on language contact of Māori and English both in literary and non-literary contexts. With Alexander Onysko, she carried out research on bilingualism in Māori and English following a one year research stay at the School of Māori and Pacific Development, University of Waikato.
