Professor Murray Rae is head of the Department of Theology and Religion at the University of Otago, where he teaches theology and ethics. His research interests include Māori engagements with Christianity, theology and architecture, the work of Soren Kierkegaard, Christian responses to war and violence and theological hermeneutics.
Murray’s recent publications include God of Salvation, co-edited with Ivor Davidson, Kierkegaard and Theology, Christian Doctrine, co-edited with Stephen Holmes and Lindsey Hall, and History and Hermeneutics.
