Maria de Jong

Maria de Jong began her career at the New Zealand Herald after graduating with a Diploma in Journalism from the Auckland University of Technology. Maria has a strong interest in contemporary Māori art and culture. She writes biographies and family histories, and is passionate about documenting and preserving New Zealand history for future generations.
