Paul Rangiwahia (Taranaki, Ngāti Ruanui) is an artist, health and emotional wellbeing advocate and speaker. Through his art, he promotes conversations about emotional health and wellbeing and works to remove the stigma around mental health and normalise the ups and downs of life. He advocates the benefits of being proactive. In his life, he has planted trees, sat at boardroom tables, had restaurants, designed T-shirts and done many more varied jobs. He is most proud of being a dad, husband, son, brother, friend and community-minded person.
