Toi Te Kupu is a Māori language student newspaper designed for ākonga in Māori medium schools and settings who are working at levels 5–8 of Te Marautanga o Aotearoa (2008). In this issue we look at the 2016 Waka Ama Secondary School Nationals held in Rotorua. We look at the TPPA and also interview Moana Jackson about his thoughts on the issue.
